chaz green, MD
Chaz Green was born in a mid-western town to a family of immigrants. He joined medical school and on the first day he looked around realizing he had made a grave mistake. It was a septic tank of neurotic energy that he needed to escape. Chaz would spend the next 15 years navigating the trenches of medicine and contemplating the nature of his existence. To pay for school, he served in Navy as a Medical Officer, stationed in San Diego and Camp Pendleton, embedded with a Marine Corps Logistics Battalion. After finishing his time as a glorified desk jockey, he traveled cross-country residency and then fellowships in surgical pathology. He finally disappeared into private practice. When he’s not in the laboratory, Dr. Green is writing, hiking and camping out of a trailer in the Chihuahuan Desert.
